The Wind Boundary Assessment layer comes from the PublicSafety Database and is part of the PublicSafetyRootLayer. This layer was made from the PublicSafetyRootLayer.aprx ArcGIS Pro Project which can be found at Q\\Programs\\ArcGIS Portal Services\\0-Root Services. This layer was created by the people responsible for putting up the windmills. Before they put the windmills up they did extensive studies to determine the pattern of winds in the area. This boundary is a result of those studies. Because of that, we can use this boundary to help us know who to evacuate in the case a fire breaks out and the wind is pushing it. Or, if a tanker carrying chemicals spill and we need to know who to evacuate.

}
