The Chlorine Plume Evacuation Area layer comes from the PublicSafety Database and is part of the PublicSafetyRootLayer. This layer was made from the PublicSafetyRootLayer.aprx ArcGIS Pro Project which can be found at Q\\Programs\\ArcGIS Portal Services\\0-Root Services. This layer was created at the request of Cory Pierce who at the time was in charge of the Wastewater Division and was set up to show the area we would need to evacuate should one of their chlorine canisters break, leak, explode, etc.<\/SPAN><\/P>
