This layer was set up at the request of Paul Taylor from the water division to track any complaints from residents who have concerns about water quality.  It was built around the same time as when we had a water contamination exercise.  He wanted to be able to quickly gather information from residents in case there was water contamination, to be able to better take care of the water problem quickly.<\/SPAN><\/P><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV>",
