The Engineering Emergency Boundaries layer comes from the PublicSafety Database and is part of the PublicSafetyRootLayer. This layer was made from the PublicSafetyRootLayer.aprx ArcGIS Pro Project which can be found at Q\\Programs\\ArcGIS Portal Services\\0-Root Services. This layer was created at the request of Chris Thompson, who at the time was the Public Works Director. It was set up to divide the city into manageable chunks for public works crews to be able to divide up the work by different crew groups.<\/SPAN><\/P>
