The Flight Path Major Facilities Check Points layer comes from the PublicSafety Database and is part of the PublicSafetyRootLayer. This layer was made from the PublicSafetyRootLayer.aprx ArcGIS Pro Project which can be found at Q\\Programs\\ArcGIS Portal Services\\0-Root Services. This layer was set up to show all facilities that are to be looked at in the event there is a disaster/emergency and a plane or helicopter is sent up. The idea is that the helicopter or plane would go up and look at all of these facilities and report back what the status is of those facilities from the air.

}
