The EOC Tables layer comes from the PublicSafety Database and is part of the PublicSafetyRootLayer. This layer was made from the PublicSafetyRootLayer.aprx ArcGIS Pro Project which can be found at Q\\Programs\\ArcGIS Portal Services\\0-Root Services. This layer was set up as part of the EOC Map which shows the layout of the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) and how it is supposed to be setup, so that we can quickly setup the EOC and get it ready to take care of the disaster/emergency.
