This layer was made from the PublicSafetyRootLayer.aprx ArcGIS Pro Project which can be found at Q\\Programs\\ArcGIS Portal Services\\0-Root Services.  This layer was set up to create a 1/4 mile grid.  In talking to someone that has done emergency mapping a lot, they have indicated that a missing person/suspect/etc is usually found within 1/4 mile from the last known location.  By having this layer all ready to go, we can mark a grid red, yellow, or green based on whether or not it has not been searched, is in process, or has been searched.<\/SPAN><\/P><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV>",
