Service Description: All layers are set up as a DEFAULT symbology with no definition queries except for the FTTH Cables and FTTH Drops layers. These layers have a DEFAULT clean setup with no definition query called 'Raw Data" and then an "Overhead" and "Underground" definition query. The layers with a definition query are uniquely added because the majority of the time the queried layers will be used as the DEFAULT. The saved definition queries can be found here: Q:\Programs\ArcGIS Scripts and Tools\Definition Queries & Symbology Expressions\Root\Communication
