This layer was set up to allow the city residents to report issues and problems that they see on the ground after or during a disaster/emergency. By allowing residents to input this information it expedites the gathering of information and thus allow the city to respond quicker to the problems the residents are facing.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
